How Shine operates in NZ:
- Nationwide Services: The free, 24/7 helpline, online webchat
- Regional Services: Shine direct, in-person advocate support and transitional housing refuges are restricted to Central Auckland and North Shore. Outside Auckland, Shine provides referrals to other appropriate regional and national services for local, in-person domestic abuse support.
